SHIPPING POLICIES

All deliveries are made via UPS or Federal Express couriers.
A signature is required on all deliveries.
Deliveries must be made to the address indicated
on the on the express package.
There can be no re-direct on a delivery from Ticket-Connection.com without prior faxed authorization and approval by Ticket-Connection.com.

Tickets are shipped to the billing address on file at your credit card company. Billing addresses are verified on all purchases. If the billing address submitted during the order process does not match the address on file with your credit card company, your order will be delayed. An exact address match is essential for your order to be guaranteed.

Tickets may be shipped to a work or company address other than the address on file with your credit card company Ticket-Connection.com will require a faxed authorization from you. This will include a legible copy of the front & back of your credit card, as well as a legible copy of your drivers license.

A note on company letterhead must be written and faxed requesting shipment to your companies address which is on the letterhead. There can be no deliveries at any time other than the credit card billing address or an established companies address.

Once Ticket-Connection.com has approved your request, your order will be promptly shipped.
